Question: My son is 16 months old and he still isn't talking and won't take no for an answer...when should I worry?

DR.PAUL: Children normally say words by about this age MAMA DADA etc..) if this non talking persists it should get checked. As for the not taking no for an answer, this is common for this age as  they strive for independence and adventure(exploring). The main  question I have is that can he hear well? So these concerns should be brought up with your child's doctor.
